Cheryl Morgan-Norman brings more than 27 years of nursing experience, patient advocacy, and hands-on care leadership to Cove Respite & Personal Care. Her background allows the agency to approach non-medical support with professionalism, structure, and a strong understanding of what families need when care becomes personal.

Cove Respite & Personal Care was created to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and respected in the place they know best — home. The agency focuses on dependable support, dignity-centered service, and clear communication with families, guardians, referral partners, and care teams.
